Grown just a stone’s throw from the Pacific, this is a unique spin on Pinot Noir.  After picking this black grape, we throw it directly into the press within the hour and extract the juice, separating it from the skins immediately.  The juice is then fermented in stainless steel where it can slowly transform, free of color and tannins.  The resulting wine is an elegant white wine perfect for seafood.  Rinse your wetsuit out with this beauty and surf like Jon Jon or Steph Gilmore.
