Other California wine regions have used lots of heavily toasted oak and late picks to represent this beautiful Bordeaux varietal as a goliath of a wine. Making it our way means you don’t need to lay this wine down for years. The cuttings used for these vines can be traced back to Chateau Margaux in the 1800s. . Our cab pairs wonderfully with grilled meats of all sorts, and wont leave your palate feeling hot and charred like the grill itself. Plump red raspberries and plush blackberries, swirled with cocoa and blueberries. Don’t lay this down for you grandkids.
