2023 Sea Rôtie Syrah - NOT RELEASED

Elements of warm, black fruits swirl together with a surge of fresh cherries and plums from the Farmer’s Market.  There is a decent amount of whole cluster in this wine, evoking strips of Eucalyptus bark toasted alongside a blueberry cobbler.  Take a brand new leather couch, then replace the stuffing in the pillows with Tart Raspberries and Bacon fat.  Now jump on the pillow and take a nap.  Yeah…that.
