2023 PTG - Coming Soon

A blend of two vineyards in Santa Barbara County.  Pinot Noir from Orcutt (organically farmed) and Gamay from Los Alamos (biodynamically farmed).  A California wine inspired by traditional blends from Burgundy referred to as “Passe-tout-grains / PTG”.  Fermented separately and barreled individually until Spring, when we blend the two wines together.  We make one barrel of this wine per year.  Chillable for summer and an all around people pleaser for the holidays.
